The DeWALT DCMPS520N is a compact, lightweight 18V XR Brushless Cordless Pruning Saw designed for fast, precise pruning and cutting of branches, shrubs, and small logs. Supplied as a bare tool (body only), it is compatible with all DeWALT 18V XR batteries.

Its high-efficiency brushless motor delivers excellent cutting performance while maximizing runtime and motor life. The 20 cm (8") guide bar and 8.6 m/s chain speed provide fast, clean cuts, making the saw ideal for tree maintenance, landscaping, gardening, and general outdoor work.

Weighing only 2.08 kg (tool only), the DCMPS520N is up to 61% lighter and three times more compact than larger cordless chainsaws, helping reduce fatigue during prolonged use. The integrated metal tip guard provides additional stability and improved safety, especially during overhead or upward cuts. Automatic chain lubrication ensures smooth operation and extends the life of the bar and chain.
